How to order
Step 1:
Choose the desired size of container. Click on the icon, as shown on the right to easily see which waste streams are or are not allowed. Click the "Order" icon behind the desired container.

Step 2:
Arriving at the shopping cart, check that the data is correct and press "Complete Order". You can also enter a discount code here, it will automatically be applied to the price. For discount codes keep an eye on our social media channels.

Step 3:
Enter your information and delivery address. Not sure yet how long you want to rent the container? That's no problem, just fill in the delivery date. If this date changes later you can let us know by mail (containers@spelt.nl) or phone (085-048 61 00). When everything is filled in press "To pay".

Step 4:
Choose the desired payment method and complete the payment. When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via email. During your order you can always ask questions in our online chat box. We are also happy to answer your questions via e-mail and telephone.

Do I need an account?
No, an account is not necessary to place an order. However, it can be useful if you regularly order a container. In your account you will find an invoice overview.

Can the order still be changed or cancelled?
Yes, you can make the change by mail or phone, as long as it is done 24 hours before the existing order. If you do this by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of the change. By phone, the change will be processed immediately.

If you wish to cancel your container, please notify us by phone 48 hours before the existing order. The administration will contact you to credit the amount.

Will I receive an invoice?
You will receive an invoice through the mail after the payment is completed. If you have an account on Spelt Afvalcontainer, you can also find an overview of all your invoices here.
Are there any additional costs?
No there are no additional costs. Our prices are all-inclusive, including VAT and delivery and collection costs.
